What You’ll Need
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum 4 years’ management experience within care, ideally complex care
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living or similar setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, audits, and compliance
- Confident leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence
What You’ll Do
- Oversee care planning and ensure safe, effective delivery across the service
- Manage risk, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in line with CQC standards
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and lead internal audits
- Control and monitor service budgets and operational performance
- Lead, develop, and hold staff accountable for standards and outcomes
- Contribute to business development and challenge senior stakeholders where required
