The administrator role is essential, ensuring resources are available for clinicians and supporting with administrative tasks. This Band 3 role is part‑time, 22.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £15 456.0 to £16 485.60 per annum (dependent on NHS Trust service history).

Responsibilities

• Support the team in day‑to‑day running: ordering PPE and consumables, recording data regarding the caseload, and answering the phone.
• Word‑process reports and letters, amend and tidy documents prepared by others, draft routine correspondence for approval by the team, and take formal minutes of meetings as required, using software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain and update IT and maintenance databases with any team issues.
• Keep office systems up‑to‑date, devise and maintain efficient filing, clerical and office systems, and provide general support within the team.
• Help with meetings organised within the team, write up the notes, and attend MDT meetings as administrative support.
• Receive and sort internal and external mail and deal with each appropriately.
