Job Summary

Location: Forth Valley SLS. Salary: £24,748 - £25,944 per annum (£12.71 - £13.30 p/h equivalent). Full time – Permanent.

About the Role

We will support people with various levels of need in their own homes, providing tenancy management support and emotional, social, and practical support to enable them to live in their own homes. We also help people develop links and a sense of community.

Responsibilities

• Provide house‑based support tailored to the individual needs and goals of each person.
• Assist with tenancy management and enable people to maintain and sustain independent living.
• Offer emotional, social and practical support to promote independence and well‑being.
• Help individuals build relationships and participate in their community.
