Due to service redevelopment, we have exciting opportunities for Band 7 to 8a preceptorship Clinical Psychology posts within our Ealing CAMHS NDLD pathways. Positions are available across the Neurodevelopmental team (0.6 WTE), Learning Disabilities team (up to 0.8 WTE) and Mental Health Support Team Plus (0.5 WTE).
We are keen to create bespoke jobs that fit with candidate’s skills and areas of interest and encourage both full-time and part-time candidates to apply.
Provide a high-quality service to young people, families and carers via specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental assessments and psychological interventions for a broad range of complex mental health concerns.
Work effectively with colleagues and liaise with other professionals in the network.
Support team development by supervising and supporting trainees and junior staff, and participate in reflective practice and staff wellbeing initiatives.
Licensed or qualified Clinical Psychologist at Band 7 level, with interest and experience in neurology, learning difficulties, and mental health support.
Demonstrated ability to provide specialised assessments and interventions, supervise junior staff, and engage in continuous professional development.

Participation in a preceptorship program designed to support progression from Band 7 to Band 8a upon successful completion.
