Role Summary

Band 7 Mental Health Support Team Lead within Doncaster Mental Health Support Teams. The role focusses on supporting children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems and driving the expansion of our service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support practitioners in both educational and health settings to deliver evidence‑based interventions.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the support team.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the MHST model and contribute to service development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Leadership or management experience within a mental health or educational setting.
• Understanding of the MHST model and service development.
• Evidence of ability to manage and support multidisciplinary practitioners.
