Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face client visits
- Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
- Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
Salary & Package
- Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed): Basic salary £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months; First‑year earning potential £29,000–£30,000 including commission
- Progression (12+ months experience): Basic salary £28,000–£29,500 (dependent on experience); OTE £31,000–£34,000 including commission

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch break). Office based role.
