The Trust is looking to recruit an Employee Service Centre Officer. The post is offered on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of medical staff within Hull University Teaching Hospital’s NHS Trust: advertising, arranging interviews, chasing employment checks, and issuing contract of employments.
- Support the transition to a modern integrated Employee Service Centre that embraces technology to provide an efficient and effective customer‑focused service.
- Manage the rotas of Junior Doctors within the Trust and provide and support a comprehensive, efficient, and effective recruitment process across all medical and dental grades.
- Ensure Junior Doctor rotations run smoothly, including managing the pre‑employment check process.
- Act as the first point of contact to Junior Doctors, advising and/or redirecting to the correct teams as appropriate.
