Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership | Littlehampton

You’ll be joining a thriving dealership with an established customer base and strong footfall. Our current team of 3 Sales Executives consistently averages 25 car sales per week between them, giving you the platform to hit the ground running and earn from day one.
The Role
- Sell both new and used vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Manage leads, enquiries, and showroom traffic
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets (150 units per year)
- Build long‑term relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience (essential)
- Confident, target‑driven individual with a passion for sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and customer‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer
- £15,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £45,000 – £50,000+
- High‑volume dealership with excellent earning potential

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 4 rota)
