What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
- Present and explain add‑on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
- Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
- Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
- Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
- Deliver a five‑star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast‑paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is required
