We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Peacocks store in Machynlleth.

Situated in the heart of this busy market town inside the Co‑op, this is a great opportunity to take full ownership of the store’s performance, from driving sales and managing costs to building, coaching and motivating your team.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, delivering strong customer service and ensuring the store remains a key shopping destination locally.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative.

Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
