Apprentice in Hospitality Supervision Level 3

We are in search of an individual to work alongside our dynamic team as an Apprentice in Hospitality Supervision Level 3. The role is to support the commercial learning environment The Quantock Restaurant, based at Taunton College.

The apprentice will be responsible for creating systems, processes and procedures to support a successful professional environment and for creating diverse ways to increase commercial activity.

Working schedules will be created around the needs of the business and will include evenings. The role will also include supporting a variety of events across the county and in other UCS locations, which may be out of routine working hours.

The successful applicant will be an individual who thrives within a vibrant working environment and who can adapt around the needs of the commercial outlet.

Responsibilities
