Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising jobs, handling data entry tasks, and supporting day-to-day administrative duties. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The Role

- To ensure adherence with all compliance standards and always operate with integrity.
- Raise job orders based on internal requests and customer specifications.
- Input, update, and maintain data in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure job details are correctly recorded, and job statuses are updated.
- Maintain a well‑organised filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist with tracking job progress and communicating with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Process and review reports related to job orders and other administrative data.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including handling client queries, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through regular updates and checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and job management.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly with data entry or job order management, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting and managing data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with a strong problem‑solving attitude.
