Wholesale Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship
Responsible for managing and growing the wholesale business, overseeing category portfolios, logistics, and supply chain operations, and leading a high‑performing team to drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category management strategies to maximize sales and profitability across wholesale channels.
- Manage shipping and receiving to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee wholesale operations, supplier relationships, inventory management, and distribution methods.
- Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers (3PL) to enable smooth supply chain operations.
- Lead process improvement projects to drive efficiency in materials handling, picking, packaging, and overall warehouse operations.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and implement remedial actions.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including forklift usage, material handling, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management within a wholesale context.
- Strong grasp of category management principles and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement projects within warehousing or logistics sectors.
- Strong data analytics skills, with ability to analyze operational data for decision making.
- Experience in picking and packing operations is desirable.
- Leadership skills to head wholesale logistics operations, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Location: Golders Green UK LTD, London, England – 174 High Street, North London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum.
