The role

To manage the operation of the bus and coach station at Stansted Airport ensuring a safe operating environment, with excellent customer service and minimal disruption at all times. Working as part of the Landside Operations team to ensure that the coach station operates to the highest standards for both passengers, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Working with scheduled bus and coach service providers, you will ensure that exceptional service standards are delivered and you will work to develop positive working relationships.

Roles and working patterns

Salary: £26,484 rising to £29,331 after a successful 3 month probationary period (£13,242 rising to £14,665 for the part time role).
Additional 17.5% shift pay. Shift working – shifts include 0600 – 1630 and 1530 – 0200, covering seven days a week and rotating over a 10 week period.
