The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards throughout service. Youll work closely with an experienced team, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
What Were Looking For
Current experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
Solid understanding of kitchen organisation, hygiene, and food safety
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced service
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
