About the Role
Our client is seeking a commercially driven and analytically minded Revenue & Commercial Manager to join our growing hotel group in East Sussex areas. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, optimising pricing strategies, and maximising overall profitability across our property/properties.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, working closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, TRevPAR, and ADR performance
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and total revenue across all segments
Optimise distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, and corporate partnerships
Produce regular performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders
Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, events, and ancillary services
Ensure best practices in revenue management systems and tools
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a Revenue or Commercial Manager role within the hospitality sector
Strong background in hotel revenue management is highly preferred
Demonstrable expertise in RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR , and overall commercial performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Experience with revenue management systems and distribution platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially xwzovoh astute with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Desirable
Multi-property or group hotel experience
Experience working in independent or branded hotel environments
Knowledge of the East Sussex or wider UK hospitality market
