NoCatch 22 supporting a public-sector estates team with a short-term GIS Technician requirement to deliver a GIS project in the centre of Manchester.
- £19.23-£21.98 per hour
- 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
- ASAP start - 3-month contract (to July)
- Hybrid - 2-3 days in office / rest from home
The Role
- Support delivery of a Digital Twin using GIS data
- Build, maintain and validate estates-related GIS datasets
- Produce visual analytics, reports and dashboards
- Work across ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Revit and Power BI
- Carry out on-site surveys to verify estate information
Ideal Candidate
- GIS degree or equivalent 3-5 years industry experience
- Strong ArcGIS experience essential
- Experience working with built-environment xwzovoh / estates data
- Confident querying and handling complex datasets
- Detail-focused and comfortable with tight project timelines
- Able to work on a temporary basis and start immediately
