Morgan Hunt have partnered with a market leading Further Education College in East London who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £31,000. The role will be based at their campus 5 days per week. The primary function of this role will be to promote the colleges Apprenticeship courses and develop relationships with employers.The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will be responsible for:

• engaging with employers to promote the colleges Apprenticeships and additional courses
• source work experience opportunities
• developing new and existing relationships with employers
• collaborating with Tutors to develop an understanding of each learners career inspirations
• capturing data to meet Ofsted requirements

The Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Officer will need to have:

• previous experience in working engaging with employers selling Apprenticeships
• experience of developing and nurturing relationships with clients
• knowledge of employment and education programmes
• a successful track record of achieving targets
