The Role

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join the team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to work in a well-resourced Key Stage 1 environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2
• Demonstrate strong xwzovoh classroom management skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for teaching
