Maths Teacher (KS4 & KS5) - Swindon Secondary School & Sixth Form | September StartSalary: MPS1-UPS3 (£32,916 - £51,048)

Academics Ltd are supporting a well-regarded secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Swindon that is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September. You will teach both GCSE and A-Level students, helping them achieve their full potential and fostering a love of Maths.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).
- Prepare students for examinations, ensuring they achieve strong academic outcomes.
- Differentiate lessons to challenge students at all ability levels.
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress effectively.
- Create a positive, engaging, and academically focused classroom environment.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths department and support sixth form provision.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths at KS4 and KS5 is highly desirable.
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths education.
- Ability to challenge and stretch high-achieving students.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
