About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership and operational management of approximately 9 supported living services across Southampton and Waterlooville.

This is a dynamic, multi-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting teams to succeed.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring services are safe, effective, well-led, caring, and responsive in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) expectations.
