Primary Teaching Assistant - Outstanding Primary Academy
Location: South Kenton / Wembley Area (HA0)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term
Hours: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (Monday-Friday)

What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates, experienced TAs, or those looking to start a career in education who possess:
- Strong Core Skills: Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Passion for Learning: A genuine desire to support children's academic and personal growth.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with pupils, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Support: Deliver small-group interventions in reading, writing, and maths to help close attainment gaps.
- Inclusion: Provide 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEND), ensuring they can access the curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Assist the Class Teacher in preparing resources and maintaining an inspiring, organized learning environment.
- Supervision: Ensure student safety and promote positive play during break times and lunch hours.
