Advanced Practitioner required for a busy city council Permanence Team. 

You must have current relevant experience in Children in Care and Children Looked After to apply for this role, due to the business of this service and to ensure an excellent service to the children who require our support. 

Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people is essential as well.

Care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical organised approach, ensuring long term improved outcomes

Good understanding of Corporate Parenting and Children Looked After legislation and processes

Ensuring stable placements appropriate for individual needs

3 days on site in Liverpool per week, 2 days homeworking

It is essential that all candidates have 3 years permanent social work statutory experience (please indicate against the role on the submitted cv) and are car drivers and have access to a vehicle. xwzovoh

Candidates cannot apply if are leaving a permanent social work role in the North West region (there must be a 3 month gap)
