Assistant Bar Manager Hospitality

We're looking for a talented Assistant Bar Manager Hospitality to work in the Penny Bar, home of Magic Mike Live, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You'll be responsible for maximising profitability whilst ensuring the highest standards of best practice and service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities :
Support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
Drive high standards of customer service and improve the guest experience.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, reporting, and cash handling.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with staff planning, rotas, and team development.
Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with teams and management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems and standards.
Support the wider business with additional duties as required.
