Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic, motivated students and graduates to support in schools across BS4 in both mainstream settings.

If you're studying Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Sports or a related field, or you simply have a genuine passion for working with children, your skills are more valuable than you might think. Schools are always looking for positive role models who can build strong relationships, support learning and bring energy into the classroom.

We have a range of roles available to suit different strengths and career goals. These include Teaching Assistant positions, Cover Supervisor and Unqualified Teacher roles, Behaviour Support, Tutors, Admin support and more.

You'll work closely with a locally based consultant who has strong links with schools in the area and will take the time to understand what you're looking for. Whether you're hoping to gain experience before teacher training, explore SEN, or build confidence in a school setting, we'll help match you to the right opportunity.
