Set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, our award-winning hotel is home to Freds Brasserie, premium events, and a fast-paced, high-quality food operation , and were looking for a Chef de Partie ready to step up.

Leading a section during service (restaurant & events)
Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
Working closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
What were looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for food and pride in your work
Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
A team player who supports others
