Senior Building Surveyor – North London

Independent Consultancy | Residential & Public Sector Focus | Up to £65k + Benefits A respected Building Consultancy in North London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor, iat Senior level, although newly qualified surveyors or those close to qualification will also be considered. This firm offers the best of both worlds: the project scale and professional standards of a major commercial consultancy with the personable, flexible culture of an SME.This appointment follows a sustained period of growth, with rising instruction volumes and project values. As a result, the company is looking to expand its team to support its busy pipeline of work.About the Role

The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of residential and public sector projects. Responsibilities include:    Project management    Dilapidations   Contract Administration    Building surveys    Specification writingYou’ll have direct client contact and full autonomy over your work.
