Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a nurturing, confident, and bubbly Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a welcoming primary school in Chatham.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 support for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access learning and reach their full potential
- Being flexible and happy to move between classes as required
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous SEN experience (essential)
- Is patient, attentive, and nurturing
- Brings a positive, confident, and bubbly personality to the classroom
- Is adaptable and proactive
- Committed xwzovoh to supporting children both academically and emotionally
