The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland’s most highly regarded employment law teams. The firm is recognised as a market leader in employment law, acting for a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will gain hands on experience working on a broad range of complex and high value employment matters. You will play a key role in advising clients on both contentious and non contentious issues, with the opportunity to take ownership of cases and contribute to the continued growth and development of the team.

The Role

You will be involved in a wide variety of employment law matters, including:

• Advising on and litigating complex discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal claims
• Providing strategic advice on employment disputes and risk management
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and related documentation
• Supporting clients through employment tribunals and other dispute resolution processes
• Building long term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland
• NQ - 5+ years PQE in employment law
• A strong mix of contentious and non-contentious employment experience
• Strong academic background and commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build, manage, and maintain client relationships
