An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UK qualified Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join a NW London law firm on a permanent, full time basis.

The Role

The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as corporate, international and owner managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:

• Corporate matters
• Joint ventures
• Businesses and share sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructurings
• Constitutional and shareholder issues
• Commercial contracts

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:

• c5 years PQE with a UK Law firm
• Background / training in a range of Corporate Commercial matters
• Strong commercial acumen
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• A good attention to detail
• Flexible
