Location: London / Hybrid - 3 days per week office based

We’re looking for a highly organised Mortgage Administrator to support a team of busy Mortgage Brokers and keep mortgage cases moving from application to completion. You will be working in friendly and customer service driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mortgage cases end-to-end
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors & clients (especially in broker absence)
• Keep CRM systems fully up to date
• Chase offers, check terms & ensure smooth progression
• Provide dedicated support to 3 - 4 Mortgage Brokers

Experience required:

• Minimum 18 months Mortgage Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of High Street lenders & processes
• Confident communicator who thrives under pressure
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
