Chef De Partie - 40 hours per week - Birmingham

Key Competencies:
Management of a section during service
Keep high hygiene standards
Follow the stock rotation
Manage M.E.P
Prepare and finish specific dishes to the highest standards at the appropriate times in the required quantities in a cost effective manner
Check food products received and to store according to company procedure

Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role is required
Be able to work in a pressured environment
Work well in a team with good communication skills
Be creative but also need to be able to follow recipes
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions. Familiar with industry's best practices
