We're seeking a reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our team and support ongoing works across Northern Ireland, specifically Mid Ulster. This role suits someone who delivers high-quality workmanship, communicates well, and can manage day-to-day maintenance tasks independently.
Your new role

• Planned & reactive joinery - doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and general building fabric repairs
• Site inspections and clear reporting
• Professional tenant/client interaction on occupied sites

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid CSR card
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to complete a Basic AccessNI check
• Strong joinery background, ideally within maintenance environments
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
