Job Description

You are responsible for providing GOOD experience to guests and GOOD support to the Team:

• Welcome and assist all Guests.
• Providing information to Guests about facilities, services and activities at the Hotel.
• Follow-up with guests staying at the Hotel and deal with potential complaints on the bar or restaurant.
• Assist Front Office should they need support xwzovoh and support in keeping the public areas clean
