Business Development Manager – Recruitment Solutions Remote home based role covering the North West region £35–40k (DOE) £5k car allowance + commission on top (OTE uncapped)

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own North West territory with autonomy and flexibility
- Visiting sites and networking with HR Managers or Operations Directors
- Building long-term client relationships where you’re seen as a trusted partner
- Driving your own pipeline and enjoying the buzz of new business wins
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a background in the recruitment industry
- Someone frustrated with being tied to a desk who wants a more client-facing role
- Confident talking to business decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities
- Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
- Based in the North West with the ability to get out on the road regularly
