The Role


We are looking for a Workforce Operations Manager who can lead three critical functions: a high-performing talent acquisition operation, people performance and development, and workforce-related operational support. This is a hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of people strategy and day-to-day workforce delivery.


You will work closely with the Leadership team — including the Chief Client Officer and pillar leads — to ensure that people strategy, talent pipeline, and operational processes are aligned and functioning at pace. You will be both a hands-on operator and a strategic thinker — comfortable in a client-facing consultancy environment where standards are high and things move fast.
