Paralegal - Private Equity - Tier 1 PE Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a Private Equity Paralegal to support its high-performing corporate team on complex, cross-border transactions.

The role involves assisting fee earners on all stages of private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, fund investments, portfolio management, and exits. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, maintaining data rooms, coordinating closing mechanics, and liaising with clients and external advisers.

You will gain exposure to high-value, fast-paced transactions and play an integral role in ensuring smooth deal execution from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Previous 6+ months of paralegal experience within corporate, M&A, private equity, insurance, or financial regulatory (required)
• Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, team-oriented approach
