We are currently looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to support our logistics and shipping operations.

Your Role

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth flow of outbound shipments from our aerospace manufacturing facility. You will work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to coordinate freight, prepare shipping documentation, and support export compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on logistics operations, shipping coordination, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Freight Coordination

• Coordinate outbound shipments and freight bookings
• Manage shipping data across customer and logistics portals
• Request transport quotes and track shipments

Export & Documentation

• Prepare export documentation and shipping invoices
• Verify commodity codes and export compliance information
• Maintain dispatch and shipping trackers

Warehouse & Dispatch Support

• Assist with packing, labelling, loading, and unloading shipments
• Support warehouse operations and forklift activities when required
• Move materials between warehouses when needed

Operational Excellence

• Verify shipping documentation and tracking details
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
• Maintain safe and organized working practices

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Valid driving licence
• At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Assets

• Experience with export shipments
• ERP or SAP knowledge
• Forklift or warehouse equipment certification
• Microsoft Office proficiency
