Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured Xero training programmes for internal departments including Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Create scalable training materials such as video tutorials, webinars, and help centre guides for both internal and client use.
• Lead the Xero onboarding enablement process to ensure clients are self‑sufficient and efficient from day one.
• Act as the primary internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Xero‑related queries and best practice implementations.
• Identify recurring friction points in platform usage and proactively address them through targeted educational content.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to reduce support ticket volumes by improving overall user competency.
