They are now looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their London-based legal team on a temporary basis to cover up‑coming maternity leave. This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract initially but there may be an opportunity for extensions.
This role offers the chance to act as a trusted business partner within a fast‑paced, international environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of large‑scale events, training programmes, subscriptions and media products across sectors including technology, finance, life sciences, food, healthcare and consumer events.
You’ll report into The senior corporate counsel and join a team of 4 lawyers (2 in the UK and 2 in the US) and work collaborative with a range of stakeholders at all levels and a variety of business units. You’ll also connect with group lawyers outside your team and work together to offer efficient and commercial solutions for a range of global commercial, legal and risk matters.
A qualified lawyer with c.2/3+ years’ PQE (guideline only)
