Renowned for our “nothing is impossible” ethos, we prioritize trust, transparency, and innovation in everything we do.**Tadaweb is seeking a **Head of Marketing** to lead and execute Tadaweb’s global marketing vision as we scale across the European and US Public Sector. You will own the company's narrative, position Tadaweb as a thought leader, protect and amplify our reputation, and drive awareness across defense and national security communities.## **Scope of Work:****Strategic Marketing & Global Brand Positioning**:* Develop and execute Tadaweb’s marketing and communications strategy across government, defense industry, and technology audiences.* Develop product and platform messaging that differentiates Tadaweb in the OSINT and PAI software ecosystems.* Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to support go-to-market programs.**Content Strategy & Execution:*** Lead brand voice and content strategy across all mediums.* Develop high-impact marketing campaigns.* Build and manage content campaigns across web, social, video, paid, events, and thought leadership programs.* Ensure message and brand consistency across all public touchpoints.**Executive & External Communications:*** Prepare executive messaging, speeches, thought leadership, and media appearances* Support Public Sector leads, Account Executives and others for external engagements, panels, and public remarks.* Lead media relations, earned press strategy, and crisis communications protocols.**Growth & Events:*** Oversee marketing for demos, trade shows, and customer visits.* Define clear objectives and develop event-specific messaging and themes.* Oversee all supporting materials, communications, and on-site presence.##### Operations* Own and manage the global marketing budget.* Allocate resources effectively across regions, campaigns, and initiatives.* Establish KPls, reporting, and operational systems to scale programs quickly and efficiently.## **Your Profile:*** 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field, within defense, intelligence, technology, or high-growth startup environments.* Demonstrated experience in international marketing, with the ability to adapt strategies and messaging across regions (particularly Europe and the US).* Proven track record of setting strategy and executing effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling narratives.* Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and driving cross-functional initiatives.* Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership as well as external stakeholders.* Sound judgment, strong operational discipline, and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.## **Our offer:*** The opportunity to join a growing tech company, with strong product-market fit and an ambitious roadmap.* The chance to join a human-focused company that genuinely cares about its employees and core values.* A focus on performance of the team, not hours at the desk.**London** United Kingdom Permanent contractFull-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
