The role
This is not a back-office data science role.
You’ll be working directly with clients, helping them make smarter decisions using complex customer and marketing data. That means translating analysis into clear, actionable insight – and being confident enough to challenge thinking when needed.
You’ll typically be juggling multiple projects at once, across different sectors, with a strong focus on:
- Customer and audience insight
- Marketing performance and measurement
- Large, complex datasets
- Turning analysis into real commercial impact
- You’ll also be involved in shaping approaches, testing new methodologies, and exploring how AI can enhance delivery.
What they’re looking for
- Strong client-facing experience – comfortable presenting, influencing and building relationships
- Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Background in marketing analytics, customer data, or audience insight
- Solid technical grounding (Python, SQL, data visualisation tools etc.)
- Someone curious, commercially aware, and able to connect data to real-world decisions
- Most importantly: someone who enjoys working with people as much as working with data.
- Work with high-profile, well-known organisations across sectors
