Senior Marketing Manager

South London (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

Are you an agency marketer ready to step in-house and take ownership of a brand or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in branded hospitality, FMCG or retail?

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing, multi-site food brand and step into an exciting Senior Marketing Manager role, leading a talented in house team and shaping the future of a much loved QSR concept.

The brand has exciting plans ahead, including new store openings, franchise growth, and upcoming menu launches, making this a pivotal time to join and make your mark.

The Opportunity

You will take the lead on all things marketing, from campaign planning to brand direction, with real influence across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has built strong foundations in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Is ready to step up into a leadership role
• Wants to own strategy, not just execute it

You will

• Lead and develop a team of 4 across digital, social, and design
• Own marketing campaigns, launches, and brand direction
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership
• Bring fresh, creative thinking to drive growth and engagement
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment

You have

• Background in agency, branded hospitality, FMCG and retail marketing
• Experience managing or mentoring others (or ready to step into it)
• Strong understanding of digital, social, and brand marketing
• Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver impact
• A natural leader, communicator, and problem-solver
