Job Description
As the most senior individual contributor, you will serve as the technical right hand to the Head of Engineering. You will lead the architectural direction of an integration-heavy, serverless TypeScript platform that centralizes mission‑critical data for major restaurant chains, ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring a talented team of six engineers.

What You Will Do

- Partner with leadership to balance technical debt with rapid feature delivery, ensuring the system remains performant and reliable as it scales.
The ideal candidate
- Exceptional hands‑on coding skills in TypeScript across the full stack, with a deep specialization in backend serverless architectures and AWS.
- Proven track record of delivering complex integration-heavy platforms, ideally within a fast-paced startup, agency, or consultancy environment.
- Strong architectural vision with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
