General Sales Manager Role:
- Working closely with the senior management team; you will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month. Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally.
- Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.
- Controlling the used car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area.
- Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.
General Sales Manager Requirements:
- Have atleast 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager in the motor trade
- Main dealership experience is essential
- A good understading of both new & used vehicle sales
- Full UK driving license
