A Journey of Purpose, Progress and Possibility in Don Valley, education is more than a timetable, it's a journey shared between children, families, staff and the wider community.
Oasis Academy Don Valley sits at the centre of this vibrant landscape, offering a unique all through experience where pupils grow from early childhood to young adulthood within the same nurturing environment. We are now seeking a Deputy Principal who is energised by community, motivated by challenge and excited by the opportunity to help shape an academy with enormous potential.
This is a role for a leader who brings both heart and expertise, someone who views education as a catalyst for hope, ambition and meaningful, lasting change. Oasis Academy Don Valley is firmly rooted in its community, strengthened by partnerships with the Oasis Hub Don Valley, local organisations, sports clubs and regional employers. These relationships enrich our curriculum, expand opportunities and reinforce the belief that schools flourish when they stand shoulder to shoulder with the communities they serve. We recognise the realities of leading within an area of socio economic challenge; it demands creativity, resilience and a deep moral purpose.
As Deputy Principal, you will be part of a robust leadership network, including your newly appointed Principal, Regional Director and Executive Principal, each offering guidance, insight and steadfast support as you step into this role. This is also an opportunity to build a strong working partnership and a shared vision with your Principal, aligning your leadership strengths to drive the academy forward. You will play a meaningful role in shaping our long term strategic direction, helping to craft a curriculum that reflects the spirit, identity and aspirations of the Don Valley community.
With access to expertise, collaboration and trust wide networks, you will have everything you need to bring your vision to life. If you are a leader who wants meaning in your work, who wants to stand somewhere you can genuinely make a difference; this role may be calling to you.
