The department develops resources and training programs for nursing, midwifery and allied health staff, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout our organisation to promote high quality care and lifelong learning for our staff.**What the role involves:**Clinical Support Nurses (CSNs) support nursing staff and students across all education levels, including undergraduate to post-graduate learners, apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice in diverse settings. Working with the Clinical Education Department, CSNs help develop staff capabilities in advanced patient assessment and management.
