We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Admin Specialist (Wholesale) to join a fast-paced and evolving Remarketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing used vehicle operations, supporting wholesale activity, and leading a small team within a dynamic automotive environment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are prepared, managed, and sold efficiently, while driving process improvements and supporting key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4, including 1:1s, performance reviews and training plans
- Oversee pre-sale vehicle checks to ensure accuracy and speed to market
- Manage vehicle stock across auction platforms, including documentation and post-sale processes
- Ensure accurate stock status management within internal systems (Zaiko)
- Monitor vehicle collections and deliveries in line with SLAs
- Collaborate with Accounts to resolve payment queries and ensure timely processing
- Support online retail activity, including stock allocation and order fulfilment
- Manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, suppliers and networks
- Conduct regular stock reviews with key internal stakeholders (One Toyota)
- Support wholesale admin and claims queries
- Drive continuous improvement through process reviews and automation opportunities
- Support ongoing and new projects, including implementation of processes and SLAs
About You
- Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data
- Experience within the automotive or used vehicle market (desirable)
