What type of work will you be doing?

Our People & Strategy team helps organisations to improve business and operational performance. We adopt design‑thinking approaches to re‑imagine how organisations operate to deliver for their customers, employees and wider stakeholders. This may be by examining operating models, implementing new ways of working, developing capability, streamlining processes, and introducing automation.

As a Consultant within our team you will work on different types of projects across industries, helping our clients come up with solutions to their problems. Projects range from strategic consulting and feasibility studies to multi‑year transformation programmes, including process optimisation, service design, organisation design, digital transformation and change management.
