Role Description

This is an entry level position for someone with limited experience on finance transformation projects but with an appetite to learn and grow.

This is full-time hybrid role for a Finance Transformation Consultant based in the UK; home based but with regular travel to clients and events.

Responsibilities include

• Analysing data sets and extracting insights
• Visualising data and creating metrics and kpis
• Drafting governance, risk and control documentation
• Assisting team members on finance transformation projects
• Implementing finance technologies across our partner eco-system, and
• Assessing current state activities and identifying improvement opportunities

The role also involves client engagement, analysing financial operations, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Transformation, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Business Transformation
• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and delivering effective solutions
• Proficiency in Consulting and Communication skills for client engagement and collaboration
• Understanding of finance point solutions and ERPs
• Proven ability to manage and execute transformation projects in diverse business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
